After growing up internationally, the artist became curious about her Korean identity, which led her to move to Korea. This moon jar is the very first piece she created upon her arrival.

Through her pottery, she explores themes of identity and heritage, and this piece represents her first step towards learning about traditional Korean pottery craft.
